It was just a great fit for a day tour in Wells-next-the-Sea with definitely value for money. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff even accommodated my request for extra bacon with my pancakes. Work out your breakfast timing in advance to avoid rushing.

We had a lovely bit of time here! The breakfast was a proper feast, with loads of choice, and the room had all them little touches like toiletries and sweets. Only downside was we didn't have enough time to enjoy the garden. Will deffo be back!

The breakfast was substantial and excellent quality with
a wide range of choices. Our hosts, Julia and Scott, were exceptionally welcoming. The location is perfect for walking into Wells Quay, ensuring easy access to the scenic coast while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough for a relaxing stay.

Lovely, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
During my stay, I felt isolated from the hosts, as they weren't present on the property and only arrived in the morning to prepare breakfast. The reliance on notes for communication made the experience feel impersonal and a bit robotic. leaving used cups outside on a dirty tray did not contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, loitering outside the room gave the stay a feeling of neglect rather than hospitality.

Positive, This place was a gem! Our room had a comfy king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious kippers. The off-road parking was super convenient, and we were just a 15-minute walk from the quay. 😊

The room had little love hearts and lavender pillow mist on arrival, adding a touch of charm. Cold water and milk always available from the guests' fridge. those extras make a stay feel special.
Breakfast was served from 08:00-09:00, which felt rushed, especially since we had to order the night before. The bed was too soft for my taste, and having to leave used cups on a tray outside the room felt off—like I was on some abandoned planet, not a cozy place. communication relied heavily on notes instead of personal interaction, leaving the atmosphere a bit robotic.

The room was super comfy with thoughtful touches like fresh milk and fluffy towels in the hospitality tray. I loved the huge bed! The place was immaculately clean, which made a big difference. The shower had great water pressure, and it felt cozy overall. Just one downside—the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but still a nice stay!
